At smilessj.shop, we value your time. All our scene-building sticker products are in stock and ready to dispatch. Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an automated confirmation email once your order enters the fulfillment process.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Note: Delivery windows are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order placement. Customs clearance, local postal strikes, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally affect delivery times.

3. Real-Time Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update online.

You can monitor your shipment directly via the carrier link provided in your email or by visiting our store’s order tracking page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless expressly stated at checkout, prices listed on smilessj.shop do not include import duties or customs clearance fees.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or clearance charges depending on the destination, shipment value, country of origin, and applicable rules. Duty-free delivery is not guaranteed.
